SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 5 – Christopher Clark was
charged with drugs and guns
after one of the latter was
found in a futon in his
apartment, along with 212
zip-lock bags of crack.
On
December 2, Judge Alvin K.
Hellerstein held a change of
plea proceeding in the U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York,
which Inner City Press covers.
Clark pled
guilty to Count 1, the drugs,
but not Count 2, the gun.
Judge Hellerstein
set sentencing for March 18.
Clark remains in jail.
