Feb 3 – Christina Charles of
1317 Boston Road in the South
Bronx slipped and fell in a
Family Dollar at 1345 Boston
Road on Halloween 2019.
Citing a
slippery, sticky spilled
liquid, she sued.
On
February 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
HIPAA releases
are due February 14, fact
discovery is set to end June
30 and other parties are
amenable to a settlement
conference with a Magistrate
Judge or participation in the
SDNY Mediation Program.
