SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 8 – Frank Brandon was
charged with conspiring to
distribute MDMA or
molly.
On June 8, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Edgardo Ramos
held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The proceeding began on the
CourtCall platform, but soon
broke down.
It moved to
Judge Ramos' AT&T
conference line, and Inner
City Press followed it there.
Brandon pled
guilty to Count Four. His
sentencing was set for
September 10.
The case is US v.
Brandon, 19-cr-79 (Ramos)
