SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 4 – Christopher Harris is
charged with selling meth on
the dark web.
On May 4, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Analisa Torres
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Harris'
lawyer said the guilty plea is
imminent and that this
proceeding was, it seemed, to
push it over the finish line.
Judge
Torres asked, understandably,
So you are not filing any
motions? The lawyer retreated
and said he could not commit
to that.
Judge
Torres was going to set trial
for July, then said it would
have to be in the fourth
quarter, October 24. She set a
conference for July 20. Will
the case, as discussed, plead
out by then?
It is US v.
Harris, 21-cr-772
(Torres)
