Nov 22 – Ralf Hartmann sued
Apple for infringing on rights
he owned to movies such as
Austin Powers: International
Man of Mystery.
On November 20,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Apple wants to
file a motion to dismiss.
Reference was
made to its servers in Europe
- but the plaintiff said
"Apple accepts all digital
content at its U.S.-based data
servers."
The case is
