SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 21 – Edoel Guerrero pled
guilty to selling crack in
Kingsbridge in The Bronx, but
he declined a safety valve
interview.
On
January 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Ronnie Abrams held a
sentencing proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge Abrams noted that the
safety valve interview had not
occured, but also that
Guerrero is now driving an
Uber car and has his life in
front of him.
While the US
Attorney's Office pushed, at
least in writing, for more,
Judge Abrams imposed the same
15 month sentence she had on a
co-defendant.
The case is US v.
Guerrero, 19-cr-621 (Abrams)
