SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 28 – Joshua Rechnitz has
sued Northeast Farm Access 1,
LLC for what he calls a bad
investment.
On February
26, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Valerie E. Caproni
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The complaint
describes Rechnitz as "a
philanthropist who is
passionate about promoting
healthy, resilient communities
through investments in the
arts and sustainability... in
New York's Hudson
Valley." Jona?
Robert Bernstein
is described as pitching
investments in Arrowhead Farm
then misappropriating the
money.
Judge
Caproni referred the case to a
mediator by March 8, with a
motion to dismiss if any due
March 15.
The case is
Rechnitz v. Bernstein et al.,
21-cv-364 (Caproni)
