Then it
alleged that
the ride-share
company's
founder Ramy
El_Batrawi had
previously
been sued by
the SEC.
On November 3,
2022, U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York
Magistrate
Judge Sarah L.
Cave held a
proceeding.
Inner City

Cave ordered
that the
parties by
November 10
should file a
joint letter,
including a
2019 email
from CFO Kevin
Pickard and if
the plaintiff
intends to
challenge the
defendant's
work-product
designations
and if so, a
briefing
schedule.
