Guilty So Sept 24 Sentencing Instead

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 16 – Brandon Bell was
charged for crack, or to be
specific, 28 grams and more of
mixtures and substances
containing a detectable amount
of cocaine
base.
On June 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Denise L. Cote held a change
of plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Cote has
previously set trial for
September 13.
Now Bell pleaded
guilty to Count 1, and Cote
set his sentencing for
September 24.
