SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 24 – Dwight Boyd was
charged in a crack cocaine
conspiracy.
On January 24, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Sidney H. Stein held a change
of plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Stein asked Boyd his age: 36.
He asked about education.
Twelfth grade, not finished,
still needs GED.
Judge Stein said
a GED is important,
prospective employers look at
it. He accepted the guilt plea
to Count 2 and set sentencing
for April 25 at 11 am.
The case is US v.
Boyd, 21-cr-486 (Stein)
