more than $1 million Paycheck
Protection Program fraud
through their trucking
company, CSA Business
Solutions
LLC.
On May 18, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Analisa Torres held a
conference. Inner City Press

The
complaint details the use of
falsified forms.
On May 18 after a
discussion of documents seized
from Ray's home, Judge Torres
set an "aspirational" trial
date of February 13, 2023, and
a next status conference for
July 27.
On May 19,
the US files a request for an
order authorizing the
disclosure of tax information
for discovery under 26 USC
6103(i)(4)(A)(i)-(ii), (D).
