SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 4 – Renee Tillman in her
2016 Honda on Burnside and
University Avenues in The
Bronx on July 27, 2018 was hit
by Wei Cui in a 2008 Toyota.
She sued.
On
November 4 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Lewis J.
Liman held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered
it.
Judge Liman said
expert discovering should be
completed by May 18, with any
motion for summary judgment
due around then, then trial
ready on July 19.
