SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 6 –
Daming Liu, of
France, had an AirBnB at 142
East 33rd Street.
When he
went to the airport for a lost
bag, his AirBnB host Michelle
Rajacic he says went through
his luggage and took $20,000
cash and his vaccination card.
He sued.
On April 6, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lorna G. Schofield held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Lui's lawyer
spoke ex parte about the NYPD
not accepting the complaint,
her client now in California
seeking medical treatment.
Judge Schofield asked her to
file any motion by the end of
April.
The case is Liu
v. Rajacic, et al., 22-cv-379
(Schofield)
