SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 3 – Kermit Irizarry was
charged with being a felon in
possession of ammunition, to
wit, eight 9mm bullets
manufactured by Speer Products
Co, Sig Saur Inc. and Wolf
Ammunition.
On October 1 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
change of plea proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Irizarry
does not have a plea
agreement, only a Pimintel
letter foreseeing a sentencing
guideline of 77 to 93 months.
The evidence
includes or included
SpotSpotter footage.
Sentencing is set for January
10.
The case is US v.
Irizarry, 21-cr-60 (Vyskocil)
