SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 9 – A highway promised in
Scioto County, Ohio, has two
insurance companies suing each
other.
On
January 29, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Ronnie held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
One of the
lawyers said or bragged that
he had written a law review
article on just this topic.
Judge Abrams
asked for more letter briefs
before deciding whether to
enter to the case management
plan, or to stay the case.
Jump cut to
September 9, when Judge Abrams
held another proceeding, this
time on Steadfast's motion to
dismiss PJV's counter-claim.
The case continues.
It is Steadfast
Insurance Company v.
Portsmouth JV, 20-cv-8615
(Abrams)
