SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 1 – Ubiquiti is
in the "high capacity Internet
access" market. A putative
class action has been filed
against it in the wake of
March 30, 2021 article
exposing a breach.
On July 30, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Denise L. Cote held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Cote
inquired into prospective lead
plaintiffs.
She deemed Irit
Lukomski to be lead plaintiff,
represented by The Rosen Law
Firm of 275 Madison Avenue.
The case is
Molder v. Ubiquiti Inc. et
al., 21-cv-4520 (Cote)
