action against a number of
industry defendants for
unlawful exclusion of generic
substitutes for the branded
drug Bystolic, a beta blocker,
the time as come to pick
interim lead counsel.
On
November 6, 2020 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

after law firm made claims
about its expertise and
commitments to diversity (some
were shown to be thin).
One firm accused
another of filing copycat
lawsuit and said it should get
the assignment and fees.
