SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 21 – Gina Group, Inc which
is engaged in the design,
manufacture and distribution
of apparel, has been sued by
Hyeyoon Jung for not paying
overtime.
On October 21 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The plaintiff is
also suing for discrimination
on the basis of ethnicity and
nationality, Korean, noting
that she was turned down for a
one-day vacation while other
employees like Ashley Bess and
Jessica Hom were approved.
The case is Jung
