SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 4 – Donald Milione
is a chiropracter who has sued
Aetna for not paying claims.
On June 4 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
The
case specifically involves
"Nerve Conduction Velocity
Studies." Aetna says Milione
was an "out of network medical
provider."
Judge Lehrburger
set a schedule, including all
discovery completed by October
22, 2020.
The case is

Insurance Company, 20-cv-1078
