SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 13 – Nikolaos Spanos of
BlockChain Technologies Corp.
on July 13 claimed he has no
electronic records, he lost
his computer, he had no link
to Bitcoin facilities in
Florida.
U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah
Netburn, expressing disbelief,
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Spanos' lawyer
said maybe the Florida
facility was of a company
Spanos advised, but it was not
BTC.
He said Spanos
has serious health issues and
will not consent to an
in-person
deposition.
Defendants'
counsel said, If you don't
want to provide documents,
don't file a lawsuit.
