On August 6 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a proceeding.

lawyer Ms. Tram Dao Lopresto
called in late, then said she
was unable to reach her
clients.
Judge
Parker to her credit told
Lopresto to withdraw as
counsel for defendants she
cannot reach, and set a
deadline.
