City of New
York and NYPD
officers for
injuries
sustained
after he
noticed and
approached a
George Floyd
protest on May
30, 2020.
It
was on 47th
Street and 7th
Avenue in
Times Square.
He took
photographs
then was
tackled by at
least five
officers.
On
November 18,
2022, U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York Judge
Jennifer L.
Rochon held a
proceeding.
Inner City

defendants'
renewed
request to
bifurcate
Monell
discovery,
with reference
made to the
Consolidated
Actions before
Judge McMahon,

order is due
on November
23. The
