SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 10 – Michael Morales was
injured by a freight elevator
on June 28, 2018 in 71 Fifth
Avenue in Manhattan.
He sued.
On April 9,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Louis J. Stanton held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Morales has a
Vocational Evalution Analysis
from a firm in Hackensack, on
loss of wages. In the docket
are black and white photos of
the elevator itself.
The next
conference is July 16.
