SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 1 – Anna Meister is a
40-year old mother of a three
year old and a six month old
infant, who was fired by
Davita Healthcare Partners.
She sued.
On July
30, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Denise L. Cote held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Cote
ordered that fact discovery be
completed by January 28, 2022
with any motion for summary
judgment to be served by
February 18, or a pre-trial
order.
