SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 7– Saul Quizet Rivera
sued Tuttles Bar and Grill of
735 Second Avenue in Manhattan
and Garrett Patrick Doyle for
not paying overtime or minimum
wage. That was in
2015.
On September 7 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Cronan
asked what it would take to
get the case moving. Doyle
said he would like to settle
but has no money, due to
COVID's impact on the
restaurant.
Another
co-defendant is nowhere to be
found. Judge
Cronan said the case should be
trial read on February 28,
2022.
The case is
Quizet Rivera et al v. Grill
on 2nd LLC et al., 15-cv-6293
(Cronan)
