SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 27 – Dreambuilder
Investments LCC sued MERSCORP
Holdings, which operates a
national electronic registry
system to track mortgages, in
New York State court. MERS
took the case Federal.
On June 25, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Dreambuilder
did not show up. If they were
the defendant, the talk about
be of default.
But because they
are the plaintiff, Judge Ramos
told MERS to file a motion for
summary judgment. MERS'
counsel ask for a week beyond
the the suggested July 8, and
got it.
