SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 28 – James Evans has been
up on a Violation of
Supervised Release based on a
pending case in New York
State.
On
February 26, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Ronnie Abrams held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Evans called in from a car and
was admonished.
But the NYS
case against him was dismissed
- and, now, are VOSR charges 1
through 5. Judge Abrams wished
him well.
The case is US v.
Evans, 14-cr-231
(Abrams)
