Feb 9 – Lixander Morales was
up for a re-sentencing in
light of US v. Davis and its
progeny.
On
February 9, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Paul A. Engelmayer held the
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
With
consent all around, Counts 2
and 5 were dismissed.
At the end,
Morales asked how the
authorities will be told.
There will be an email to the
Marshals. Best wishes were
