Avenue but was stayed by COVID
laws.

Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Paul G. Gardephe held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Gardephe said the stay is off.
He set a new case
management plan, that fact
discovery is due by April 18
and a pre-trial conference on
May 12 at 11:15 am.
