del Bene USA Inc sued Minagrex
Corporation for damage to a
cargo of stone slabs and
granite from Vietnam, Thailand
and Brazil to Houston,
Texas.
On January 28, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alvin K. Hellerstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Hellerstein asked how much is
at issue in this maritime case
and was told, $110,000.
He urged the
parties to reach and
agreement, and suggested one.
Otherwise they will meet
again, on February 25.
The case is
Savino del Bene U.S.A., Inc.
v. Minagrex Corporation,
21-cv-6782
(Hellerstein).
