SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 8 – Mishan & Sons is
suing Tekno Products and
others for ripping off its "As
Seen on TV"
Granitewear.
On
November 6, 2020 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Liman
asked, as to discovery, what
the plaintiff needs. He was
told, ten depositions.
You'll have to
tell me more, Judge Liman
said, apologizing for starting
a bit late as the previous
conference, about gender
non-binary drivers licenses
(which Judge Liman called "an
interesting conference," and
Inner City Press covered, here)
had run late.
This case is E.
Mishan & Sons, Inc. v.
Tekno Products Inc. et al.,
19-cv-1910 (Liman)
