SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 3 – In yet another IDEA
attorneys fees case in the
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York,
Judge Alison J. Nathan on
October 1 said she would not
allow fees to keep building up
on extraneous issues.
Instead,
she ordered that the parties
in engage in five weeks of
written discovery limited to
the issue of the City's delay
in appoint impartial hearing
officers and this and other
case.
This case is
S.H.W. et al v. New York City
Department of Education,
21-cv-4808 (Nathan)
