Nov 4 – On the Cross Bronx
Expressway on April 10, 2021,
the car Aichatou Conde was in
was stuck by a vehicle owned

Injury and a law suit
ensued.
On November 4 U.S. District

District of New York Judge
Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Vyskocil set a limit on the
time to join any more parties

conference for March 9, 2022.
The parties said
their trial would take five
