SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 8 – David Bahar has sued
the CSA Group at 55 Broadway
for being discriminated
against for his Jewish
faith.
On July 8,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jesse Mr. Furman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The CSA
Group denied it discriminated,
stating that Bahar resigned
after receiving what he
perceived to be a negative
performance review.
Judge
Furman explained to Bahar
about NYLAG, and how discovery
works.
He allowed four
months for discovery, with any
motion for summary judgment
due a month after that.
The case is
Bahar v. CSA Group, 21-cv-1499
(Furman)
