SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 8 – Two insurance
companies are wrangling about
damage to two tenant
shareholders in the co-op at
444 Central Park West during
construction.
On
February 8, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl asked the lawyers why
they continue to run up
attorneys' fees, for example
with a recent "Motion to Amend
/ Correct Memorandum and
Opinion."
The lawyers said
they understood. They have
been asked to file a status
letter by February 22.
The case is
Greater New York Mutual
Insurance Company v.
Continental Casualty Company,
19-cv-3268 (Koeltl)
