In 7 Days Now Asks to Stay Discovery

Target has been targeted in a
lawsuit for selling a
defective Heyday Charging
Cable for cell phones.
On October 15 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alison J. Nathan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Plaintiff
Mieke Bayne says the cable
should bought malfunctioned in
a week. Target says
"plaintiffs rushed into
Federal court hoping to
recover a windfall award."
Judge
Nathan listened, and stayed
discovery pending her
resolution of Target's motion
to stay discovery. A new Case
Management Plan is due on
October 22.
