messages.

for the Southern District of
New York Judge Lorna G.
Schofield held a proceeding.

were conducting a privilege
review both of the phone and
of an iCloud account, and
anticipate finishing it soon.
Dennis'
Federal Defenders have been
seeking a change of conditions
of release, citing a hernia.
Judge Schofield
has set a September 28 trial
date.
