for racial
discrimination,
saying the "N"
word had been
used.
On November
10, 2022, U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York Judge
Sidney H.
Stein was
finishing up
the trial.
Inner City
Press went and

it.
Counsel for
defendant Joel
Miele was
arguing that
nothing his
client did
violated the
applicable
discrimination
statutes - but
that the
plaintiff
writing to
Miele's
employer and
linking him
with
anti-Semitism
was
defamation.
