SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 11 – Derell Louissaint is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
wit, a Rohm .22 caliber
revolver.
On
May 11, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge P. Kevin Castel
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
The AUSA
estimated it to be a one week
trial. Louissaint is out on
bail.
Judge Castel said
government 404(b) evidence and
motions in limine are due June
7, with a conference set for
June 28.
The case is US v.
Louissaint, 20-cr-685 (Castel)
