SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 1 – Kelly Toys Holdings,
LLC sued
SquishMallow-Official.com and
others for violating its
trademarks.
On October 29 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it. Kelly
says its Squishmallows are "a
line of lovable buddies made
with a soft marshmallow-like
texture.
Then the
fraudsters set up on Amazon.
Judge
Cronan extended his initial
October 15 TRO to November 10,
and asked for Preliminary
Injunction papers by then.
On December 1,
Judge signed another extension
of his TRO, to "remain in
place through the pendency of
the litigation" citing Section
34 of the Lanham Act. The
$5000 bond will remain with
the court during the pendency.
The case is
Kelly Toys Holdings, LLC v.
