The Monarch, a luxury
condo building in NYC with 245
units, was sued for not paying
overtime. Now it is being
settled.
On March 24, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Vernon S. Broderick held a
fairness hearing. Inner City
Press covered it.

No one did. Judge
Broderick is consummating his
preliminary approval of the
settlement.
