SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 30 – Kareem Foster worked
for Continental Edison and was
fired, for racially
impermissible reasons he
says.
On September 30 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Denise L. Cote held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Cote
listened, and then said she
would refer the parties to
mediation. If that is
unsuccessful, motions for
summary judgment are due by
May 13, 2022.
The case is
Foster v. Consolidated Edison,
Inc. et al., 21-cv-3570 (Cote)
