April 9 –
Laxminarayan Lodging sued
First Specialty Insurance
Corp. to cover damage to a
hotel in
Kansas.
On April 8, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alvin K. Hellerstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
At issue
were appraisal. Judge
Hellerstein said he won't be
doing them.
He said amended
pleading are sue by June 3,
with another conference in
2023, on January 6.
