SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 9 – Johnny Fernandez and
Rescalvo Mercenario sued Ray
and Frank Liquor Store and its
owner Raymond Frias. The
latter has settled for $60,000
but the corporate defendant
can't be found.
On
February 9, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Only the plaintiffs' lawyer
appeared, and reiterated the
settlement by the individual
defendant Frias.
The inquest into
damages against the missing
corporate defendant was
referenced.
The case is
