SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 22 – Markeim Henry on
supervised release after a
drug conviction was stopped
with a gun on the 207th Street
Bridge between Manhattan and
The Bronx.
On May 19,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Richard M. Berman held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
While the state has pleaded
the charge down, Henry spoke
about it openly. Still, the
specification was rewritten to
track the state charge.
Another
specification, Henry explained
that the sharpened object he
was charged with was, in fact,
a pen cap.
The overall case
is US v. Barnes et al.,
15-cr-288 (Berman)
