SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 19 – SourceCode sued
In-telligent LCC for $153,339
but In-telligent did not show
up.
On April 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Vernon S. Broderick held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
complaint quotes In-telligent
CEO Allan C. Sutherland
providing assurances that the
invoice would be paid.
Judge
Broderick said he will be
issuing an order finding
liability, but will put off a
finding on damages pending
supplemental submissions.
In-telligent
has no laywer listed in the
docket.
The case is
SourceCode Communications LLC
v. In-telligent LLC,
21-cv-10519 (Broderick)
