SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 17 – Lamont Burge was
charged with narcotics
conspiracy in connection with
an order for kilos of heroin
from outside of the US,
delivered to New
York.
On May 17, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge P. Kevin Castel
held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
complaint quoted Burge that he
was driven from New Hampshire
to New York to pick up the
heroin, which he intended to
sell in North Carolina.
Judge Castel
accepted the plea and set
sentencing for September 15.
The case is US v.
Burge, 20-cr-451 (Castel)
