SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 9 – Richard Hall is
charged with firearms
trafficking into The
Bronx.
On November 9, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alison J. Nathan held his
arraignment, by phone. Inner
City Press called in and
covered it.
The
complaint says Hall, using the
name "Richard Banko," offered
to sell a .380 caliber gun for
$700, or $1300 with a .40
caliber thrown in.
Hall pleaded not
guilty, and a trial date was
picked: June 6,
2022.
Could that
have a listen-only call-in
phone line, as the upcoming US
v. Ghislaine Maxwell trial is
not scheduled to have, which
Inner City Press filed
opposition to on October 29,
will not docketed?)
This case
is US v. Hall, 21-cr-643
(Nathan)
