Jan 27 – Esther Ziegler sued
Dovenmuehle Mortgage and
TransUnion for inaccurate
payment status information,
under the Fair Credit
Reporting Act.
On January
27 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jed S. Rakoff held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Rakoff said discovery
should end May 21, with then
an oral argument and jury
trial scheduled.
