SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 17 – A dispute about
ballistic lightweight ceramic
armor and other bullet-proof
technology is coming toward
trial, between ADYB Engineered
For Life, Inc. and Edan
Administration Services
(Ireland)
LTD.
On May 17, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
telephone conference. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge
Vyskocil noted that one of the
lawyers had said he was out of
town, in Israel, but that
going forward they should be
in person. The parties said
they understood.
After the
conference they put in a
letter saying dates
unavailable for trial are
September 26-27, October 3-5
and October 10-19.
The case is ADYB
Engineered For Life, Inc. v.
Edan Administration Services
(Ireland) LTD. et al.,
19-cv-7800 (Vyskocil)
